InPost is a 24/7 fully automated, parcel locker service available throughout the UK and Europe. It is a Polish company, established in 1999 as a leaflet distribution company, but InPost now a locker-based delivery service across the UK, Poland, Italy, France, Benelux, Spain and Portugal.
You can choose to send a parcel from 8,000 InPost lockers UK nationwide. You can use InPost to drop off parcels securely and safely in the InPost lockers any time of day, seven days a week. Your parcel is then picked up by InPost’s courier service partner Royal Mail and delivered to your recipient’s doorstep, within a 48Hr delivery window.
InPost locker sizes are varied to accommodate various parcel sizes and can hold parcels weighing up to 15kg. The in-locker compartment sizes range from Small (8cm x 38 cm x 64 cm), Medium (19cm x 38cm x 64cm) to Large (41cm x 38cm x 64cm).
InPost locker availability is plentiful across the UK, meaning you can find a locker for your parcel easily. You can check availability beforehand, and the availability is updated every 30 minutes.

Parcel2Go offers the option to use a digital label - a QR code you can scan at InPost lockers or with a staff member. Just ensure your phone screen is bright and held about 15 cm from the scanner. Once scanned, the locker will automatically open. Place your parcel inside, and InPost takes care of the rest. The InPost lockers get emptied regularly from Monday to Saturday. You can access the InPost locker 24/7 to drop off your parcel, and it will be collected the next day. They are not collected on Sundays.
It’s easy to use the InPost drop off service. Simply book your delivery through Parcel2Go and find the nearest available InPost locker. You’ll receive a drop-off code that will allow you to open and deposit your parcel in the InPost locker. InPost’s courier partner, Yodel, will then collect the parcel and deliver it, either to another InPost locker near to your recipient or directly to their home.

You can go with a printable label that you print at home and attach to your parcel, or choose a digital label. With the digital option, you’ll receive a QR code to scan at the locker - simply drop your parcel inside, and the courier will apply the label for you.
For parcels being delivered to someone’s home, you’ll need to print a label at home and attach it before drop-off. Digital labels aren’t currently available for home deliveries.
